Editor Instructions

Editor has to be unbiased and must be prompt towards any manuscripts which comes to him. Editor will have complete responsibility and powers to accept or reject a manuscript. But, before rejecting a manuscript, an editor has to discuss the same with associate editors and co-workers if any. Editor should respect intellectual independence of Authors. 

An Editor should judge the quality of manuscripts based on the Merits in it, but must not consider race, ethnic origin, gender, religious belief, citizenship or political background of Authors. 

Unpublished information from the submitted manuscripts must not be used by editors in his own research works, except from prior consent from Authors.
